LINA BANYTĖ – SURPLIENĖ
I began advising on tax matters in 2005 when I joined the PwC tax team. Over the past 15 years, I’ve progressed from Consultant to Tax Director. During this time, I’ve gained insight into many different companies, helping them manage tax risks and capitalize on tax reliefs and opportunities. A few years ago, I became Managing Director of the LTK Food Group, which deepened my understanding of how internal business decisions are made and what skills are needed from consultants.
My passion for business development inspired me to change careers and, together with my colleagues, I co-found TaxTactic, where we turn tax challenges into opportunities.
In parallel, I am working on another project driven by a desire to raise financially independent children and help other parents do the same. As a mother of three, I launched the educational initiative “Raising Free Kids” in 2018 and authored the book “About Money with Kids” (“Apie pinigus su vaikais”). I collaborate with various publications, speak at conferences, and participate in radio shows and podcasts.
The fascinating aspect of taxes and children’s financial education is the many twists and turns they present—there’s always something unexpected just around the corner.

Ada dženkauskė
I began my professional career in 2011 as a tax consultant at EY. Unlike many of my colleagues, I quickly sought to broaden my experience, moving to in-house finance teams at international companies. For five years, I managed both tax and finance, collaborating closely with colleagues and consultants to add value to the businesses. However, in 2017, I realized that my true passion lies in working directly with clients, leading me to return to the tax consulting field at PwC.
Taxes often involve grey areas where the arguments presented by both the taxpayer and the tax authority are crucial in determining the applicable tax rate and the nature of a transaction. I am eager to share my experience and provide creative solutions to our clients, who can always expect prompt responses and open communication from me.

Ieva Rimkienė
Tax and financial accounting have always been intertwined in my career. I began my journey in 2012 at PwC as a tax consultant, where I spent over 10 years addressing various tax issues faced by businesses. Additionally, I have consistently been interested in financial matters and the intricacies of financial accounting—both during my preparation for ACCA membership and while collaborating with audit and accounting professionals.
I take pride in having contributed to significant M&A transactions in the Lithuanian market throughout my professional career. I have also supported the management of both Lithuanian and foreign companies in navigating various tax issues, ranging from tax compliance to optimization solutions.
I look forward to sharing my experience and helping you find long-term practical solutions for your business.
